Terms & Conditions

We advise all clients to speak with us by email or telephone communication ‘before’ making an online payment.

We reserve the right to amend driving lessons if we are unable to keep the appointment in the event of pre-booked driving tests, mechanical breakdown, sickness, pre-booked holidays or due to immovable traffic.

Online payments for gift vouchers expire after 6 months but can be extended if requested within the time limit.

Please telephone, email or txt us if you have not received a response from us, or if for any reason we have not been unable to make contact with you within 5 working days of making your online payment.

At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel or change driving lessons, or you will be required to pay in full for late cancellations.

Once your driving test is booked, you will need to pass 2 mock tests to show readiness for the driving test. If you are unable to pass 2 mock tests, you will need to postpone your driving test until you can pass 2 mock tests.

Driving lesson payments must be made before the driving lesson is started (if paid online by bank transfer) or on the day before the lesson begins if paid in cash.

Online payments: If the online payment has not been received 2 hours before the arranged start time we reserve the right to cancel and not attend the lesson. If this happens more than one occasion we reserve the right to terminate the arranged regular lesson slot allocated to you.

You will be given a regular lesson on a fixed day & time where applicable. We understand that things happen in life where you may not be able to attend a driving lesson or won’t be available, please give us at least 48 hours notice when unable to attend or payment will be required when less than 48 hours notice is given. If you are unable to regularly attend of your lessons, we lose income and this is not sustainable for us and as a result we reserve the right to give your slot to someone else.

In the unlikely event of you braking the law while driving my car (for example and not limited to: driving through red lights, speeding or stopping in yellow box junctions etc), the authorities will write to me to ask who was driving my car. By law I have to inform them who was driving at the time. You will sadly receive the fine and the penalty points.
